CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. A tardiness of 15 minutes or more will result in a $30 late fee and the client may be asked to reschedule. Same day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service and may not be able to return.
